ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY

DSCO has completed a number of projects that have achieved Environmental Ratings and Certifications (e.g. BCA Green Mark Scheme, USGBC LEED etc.) for a variety of offices and buildings.

We ensure that all criteria in achieving the certifications are are incorporated in the design consideration, guide the respective consultants in developing the contract drawings and specifications and coordinate with the respective third party verification firm in regards to the compilation, review and submission for all relevant and required documents.
