DSCO was engaged to provide Lead and M&E Consultancy for the new Mapletree Sunview 1 Data Centre, which is located at the Data Centre Park in Sunview Drive, Singapore. It is a Greenfield Data Centre and has an approximate area of 22,500 sqm.

The Mapletree Sunview 1 is a six storey build-to-suit (BTS) Data Centre containing more than 2,000 IT racks.
