DSCO provided regional M&E Consultancy for Macquarie Bank. Due to the acquisition of ING’s Equities, Macquarie Bank expanded and upgraded their existing premises throughout the region. DSCO’s scope of services ranged from full peer review design and project delivery services.
M&E Consultancy services were provided in:

• Capital Square, Singapore (approx. 1,670 sqm)
• Citic Tower, Hong Kong (approx. 700 sqm)
• Hong Kong Disaster Recovery Site (approx. sqm)

Performance Design Consultancy services was provided in:

• Tokyo, Japan (approx. 1,300 sqm)

Peer review and technical review services were provided in:

• Seoul, South Korea (approx. 1,580 sqm)
• Bangkok, Thailand (approx. 865 sqm)
• Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (approx. 520 sqm)
• Jakarta, Indonesia (approx. 900 sqm)

The scope of services included power distribution, standby power generation, UPS, air-conditioning, lighting, fire protection and security. Project was completed between the periods of 2004 – 2005.
